Chris Hart, VP Engineering: Chris is Leapfrog Lighting’s technical wizard. He’s spent more than 25 years in R&D and operations with companies such as Nortel Networks and Oclaro. With an engineer’s passion for precision, he led the development and manufacture of leading-edge optical, photonics and semiconductor products. At Leapfrog Lighting, he applies his design and testing expertise to pinpoint LED lighting specs and bring to market the products that meet them.

Stephen Naor, President: Steve loves a challenge, from quadrupling his division’s sales at Nortel Networks to raising almost $1M and hosting a visit by Nelson Mandela for the Canadian Tribute to Human Rights. In 2003, he set out to improve the affordability of energy-efficient lighting. His innovations earned him two patents and an award from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
