Our Warranty

Our rigorous standards and processes make it easy for us to stand behind every LED lamp

Leapfrog Lighting warrants that its LED lamps and fixtures will be free from material defects and that they will operate as described in our data sheets for a period of 60 months (5 years) from the date of purchase.

If any of our lamps or fixtures fail to perform to our specifications:

• in the first 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase;  we will replace them
• in months 37 to 60 (years 4 thru 5) we will provide you a credit towards the purchase of similar items at the then current price. The credit will be pro-rated according to the formula

Credit Amount =  Purchase Price (in $)  X  Unexpired Warranty Period (in months)  /  Warranty Period (in months)

To receive a replacement or credit, please complete the following tasks:

1. Contact us about the issue within the warranty period. We will respond within two business days to arrange return.
2. Return the lamps or fixtures to us within 30 days.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases, or otherwise obtains the products from the purchaser. Purchaser is responsible for shipping products back to Leapfrog Lighting.

This warranty will not apply if the lamps have been modified or tampered with, or if they fail to perform due to improper installation or use contrary to our specifications. Leapfrog Lighting is not responsible for any other liability or expense, for example installation or labor costs.
