Environmental Commissioner lobbies for huge increase in energy costs
Leapfrog Lighting president, Stephen Naor, was recently interviewed by condo.ca, Canada’s condominium magazine, about the Ontario Environmental Commissioner’s energy conservation report.
In the report, the commissioner identifies the failure of Ontario residents to conserve energy during peak hours and suggests the province should increase the cost of electricity during those hours to pressure residents into making conservation a “top priority”.
